Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
Reheat in the oven:
1. Preheat oven to 220℃ 2. Before placing the Broccolini in the oven, microwave in the bag for 1-2 minutes until just tender. if the broccolini are quite thick, add another minute. 3. Remove the broccolini from the plastic, do this with caution as the steam will be very hot. 4. Place the broccoli on a baking tray lined with baking paper & drizzle with a little olive oil. From defrosted bake for 5 - 7 minutes, until nicely charred 5. From frozen heat for 8 - 12 minutes, until nicely charred 6. Be careful when removing it from the oven, as the tray will be very hot. 7. Once cooked, drizzle your miso maple glaze on top Serve and enjoy! Reheat on the BBQ:
1. Before placing the Broccolini on the BBQ, microwave in the bag for 1-2 minutes until just tender. if the broccolini are quite thick, add another minute. 2. Cook on medium high for 5-7 minutes until nicely charred 3. Once cooked, drizzle your miso maple glaze on top Serve and enjoy!
