7. Discount and Promotion Exclusions on Bundled Products: Our website offers a variety of bundled products, which are combinations of different food items offered at a discounted rate, providing exceptional value and savings compared to purchasing each item separately. Due to the already discounted nature of these bundles, we regret to inform our customers that additional promotional codes, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of bundled products. We carefully curate these bundles to maximise customer satisfaction and value, and we encourage our customers to take advantage of these specially priced offerings as they are.

Giveaways & Competitions Terms & Conditions

GARY'S INTERNATIONAL FEAST GIVEAWAY

1. Promotional Period: Wednesday 14 February 1:00pm AEDT to Wednesday 28 February 11:59pm AEDT. Order must be placed within these times to be eligible.

2. Eligible Entrants: Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. All employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Gary Mehigan, Providoor, or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the competition.

3. How to enter: Purchase Gary’s International Feast bundle on the Providoor website during the promotional period to go in the draw to win one of five signed copies of Gary’s cookbook, Good Food Everyday.

4. Entries permitted: Every cookbook will only be able to be won by five individual people. No one person can win more than one copy.

5. Prize details: Five signed copies of Gary’s cookbook, Good Food Everyday, are available to win. Providoor will organise and pay for the delivery of the cookbook to each winner. The winners must be within our available delivery areas, within Australia.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be decided by a third party random selector using the names attached to the purchase of Gary’s International Feast bundle during the promotional period specified above. The winners will be contacted on Thursday 29 February. Winners will be notified by email. Winners must claim their prize by the deadline, Friday 1 March, to avoid forfeiture. If a winner does not claim their prize, the prize will go to another entrant, selected by a third party random selector. If the winners agree to the sharing of their instagram handle, it may be shared on the Providoor Instagram account.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability: Gary Mehigan, Providoor, and affiliated companies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

8. Modification of Terms: Providoor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition at any time, with or without notice.

Any personal data collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners. By entering this competition, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information for these purposes.
