A southern Thai style curry with Indian influence. Our beef brisket is slow cooked in galangal, lemongrass & chilli, combined with aromatic spices & sandalwood nut for that added creamy texture.

Ingredients

Coconut Cream (Coconut (99%) (Coconut Kernal Extract (67%), Coconut Water (32%), Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum)), Beef Brisket, Potato, Curry Paste (Garlic Sugar, Soybean Oil, Dried Red Chilli, Tamarind Juice, Shallot, Salt, Lemongrass, Spices, Kafir Lime, Galangal), Onion, Sandalwood Nut, Sugar, Chicken Powder (Salt, Flavour Enhancers (621, 631, 635), Maltodextrin (From Maize), Corn Starch, Flavour (Egg), Sugar, Chicken Meat Powder (4%), Vegetable Oil, Chicken Fat (0.5%), Yeast Extract Powder, Thickener (415), Spice, Colour (150d)), Salt.

Instructions

Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Reheat in the Microwave

1. Place vacuum pouch into a microwave safe container, and carefully pierce a hole in 1 corner.


2. From Defrosted, microwave for 8-10 minutes (the pouch may expand during reheating, this is normal).


3. From Frozen, microwave for 10-13 minutes (the pouch may expand during reheating, this is normal).


4. Carefully remove bag from microwave, as the bag will be quite hot.


5. Serve and enjoy!


Reheat in hot water

1. For optimum results, place vacuum pouch into a suitably sized pot of hot water and simmer.


2. From defrosted, simmer for 7 - 10 minutes (once water is simmering).


3. From frozen, simmer for 12 - 15 minutes (once water is simmering).


4. Carefully remove bag from boiling water as it will be hot.


5. Serve and enjoy!
