Providoor delivers to wider Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Bellarine Peninsula, Gippsland, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, and Greater Geelong. Deliveries are made Wednesday through Sunday. Delivery days and windows vary depending on location.

General Delivery Information

  • Deliveries in VIC have a flat rate of $16.50 (note that orders with products from multiple sellers will pay $16.50 delivery per seller).
  • Deliveries are made with zero contact.
  • Your order is delivered in refrigerated trucks and comes packaged in a recyclable double core cardboard box, with an insulated lining and a cold gel pack.

Delivery Days & Windows

  • Refer to above table for delivery windows by delivery zones.
  • At checkout you are able to select your preferred delivery date - note that an error message will show if we don't delivery to your delivery zone on the date you have selected.
  • Once the order cut off for a particular date has passed, you will not be able to select it in the calendar.

Order & Delivery Communication

  • You will be sent an ‘order confirmation’ email with an invoice when you make your purchase.
  • Melbourne metro overnight deliveries (between midnight and 8am) will receive a text message with a tracking link the evening before delivery as well as a text message on delivery with a photograph for reference. Please note that delivery drivers will not knock or ring doorbells or intercom when making overnight deliveries.
  • Day time deliveries (between 8am and 6pm) will receive a text message with a tracking link the evening before delivery as well as a text message on delivery with a photograph for reference. Delivery drivers will also knock or ring the doorbell/ intercom when making the delivery.
  • All deliveries will be left unattended (subject to any reasonable directions from you with your order).
  • Please provide delivery instructions in the field at checkout (ie. leave on front porch, or apartment foyer access code). If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building you must provide the access code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can be left safely.
